1. Can I purchase retail here?

A. You must supply your tax ID, tax exception ID or resale certificate number during registration in order to purchase our products through our company. If you contact us we can help you locate a dealer online or in your area. Click here for more wholesale information.

2. Where are your products made?

A. Our pencils and most of our wood products are made in Thailand. Our Wildlife Collection comes from the Philippines and our Gnomes come from Argentina.

A. If it is a new engraving specification, yes. You can view our set up fee details by visiting any of our customized product pages.

A. You do not have to buy in multiples once the minimum quantity is met unless otherwise specified in the product description page.

7. Can I get a physical catalog?

A. You can contact us and request a physical catalog however our online site contains more in depth product information, images and additional product lines.

A. You can contact us and we can send you a sample of our twig pencil if you need any additional samples you will need to purchase them via the phone.

A. The engraving time varies from season to season but typically it takes 3-6 weeks. Need it sooner? Call the office for a more accurate lead time.
